Office Clerk

Abertax Quality Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and efficient Office Clerk to join our team in
Paola. The Office Clerk will play a pivotal role in supporting the daily administrative and
clerical operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills,
attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Providing general administrative support such as answering phones, responding to
emails, and filing paperwork and any other general office duties that may be
• Receiving and processing purchase orders from various departments or clients.
• Coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Generating and maintain records of purchase orders and related documents.
• Updating inventory records and databases as needed.
• Obtaining quotes and negotiate prices for goods and services.
• Inputting data into purchasing and inventory management systems accurately and


• Proven experience in administrative or clerical roles is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Maltese and English.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and ensure accurate data entry.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing work requirements.
