Description
The Abertax® Magnetic Water Inlet Valve (MV) uses Patented Technology which has numerous advantages over all existing water valves on the market. The MV features a float with an embedded magnet that will operate a diaphragm type valve. The rising water level lifts the float. The magnet inside the float then moves a stainless steel pilot plunger which closes the valve.
Variants
The Magnetic Water Inlet Valve comes in two variants for domestic and industrial use.
Domestic Applications
The domestic version of the Magnetic Valve is designed for cold, fresh water applications with a maximum inlet pressure of up to 4 bar. Thus it is best suited for inside the homes, such as in loft tanks and for flushing applications. This version can be equipped with a silencer pipe.
Industrial Applications
The industrial version of the Magnetic Valve is designed with a maximum inlet pressure of up to 6 bar, and is also able to withstand water soluble chemicals with a maximum pH of 12. Thus it is best suited for use in floor cleaning vehicles, water ponds and farming applications. This version can also be equipped with a silencer pipe.
