Description
The ideal candidate should be in possession of a diploma (or equivalent) in Electrical / Mechanical engineering equivalent to MQF level 4.
Applicants are expected to have:
- A clean driving licence.
- A good electrical & mechanical technical background.
- Have knowledge on pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Have a good understanding of technical drawings, including schematic drawings and wiring
- Proficient in the use of English.
- Proficient in the use of computer applications (Word and Excel)
- High motivation and capability of working on own initiative and with minimum supervision.
- The capability of undertaking the completion of small projects.
- The ability to work in a team environment.
- Minimum 3 years working experience.
Main responsibilities
- Fault finding and repair on production automation, injection and plant machinery.
- Maintenance tasks on production and plant machinery.
- Installation of new machinery.
- Supporting the R&D team in building and testing prototype equipment.
Wireman’s Licence 'A' and/or 'B' are considered as assets but not necessary.
