Project Funding Administrator

An exciting career opportunity has arisen for a Project Funding Administrator to join our cutting-edge Research and Development team. The chosen candidate will be mainly responsible for identifying, proposing and applying for EU and other funding programmes for new products and developments. The selected candidate will work closely with members of the R&D team.


•Preparation, coordination and submission of the application forms with the respective institutions.

•Ensure that such applications are submitted within the specified deadlines.

•Shall be responsible to identify and apply for new projects under EU or other funding programmes.

•Ensuring the proper management of such projects according to the standards of the projects’ guidelines.

•Follow up projects during their lifetime, including keeping track of milestones and deliverable's and liaising with respective team members.

•Compiling and following up on the required documentation at the claim stage.

•Compiling the required documentation for all deliverables within awarded projects.


•A first degree in Engineering.

•Good oral, verbal and written communication skills, especially in English.

•Ability to present reports and compile technical documentation as required.

•Excellent organisational, self-management and time-management skills.
